Progressive® Auto Glass Claims Assistance

Glass Monkey helps Progressive policyholders file auto glass claims, confirm available coverage, and coordinate the approved repair or replacement. We can contact Progressive with your policy and damage information, provide the documentation needed for the claim, and explain any confirmed out-of-pocket cost before service begins.

If you have already reported the damage through Progressive’s website, mobile app, or claims center, bring us the claim information you received. If you have not started the claim, our team can help you take the first step. The final coverage decision belongs to Progressive and depends on the terms of your individual policy.

Prompt action can make a meaningful difference when a windshield has repairable rock chip damage. A small damaged area may spread from road vibration, temperature changes, or continued driving, turning a possible repair into a full replacement.

Progressive allows you to choose the auto glass company that repairs or replaces your vehicle’s glass. Although the insurer may recommend a network provider, you can request Glass Monkey when you want service from an experienced independent shop in the Murfreesboro area.

Our services include windshield rock chip repair, windshield replacement, door and side-window replacement, back-glass replacement, and ADAS calibration for equipped vehicles. We work on personal vehicles, commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, semi trucks, RVs, and motorhomes.

Free mobile service is available throughout our service area, allowing qualifying work to be completed at your home, workplace, or another suitable location. You can also schedule an appointment at our Murfreesboro shop when in-shop service is more convenient.
